Participants who would like to send their full text proceedings of the conference, must send their full text proceedings after the last day of conference until October 15, 2023.

Full text proceeding page limitation is between 4 to 10 pages.

Plagiarism Rule: We would like to give notice to you, our valuable participants that the papers must put into similarity programs, it is strictly forbidden to copying / quotation and it is necessary to use an acceptable English level.
